Environment Agency Self-Service Direct Award. The purpose of this contract is to integrate the new Water Environment Benefits (WEB) values across the Environment Agency's key valuation and appraisal tools, including the Common Valuation Framework (CVF), Natural Capital and Evidence Metrics (NCEM), Economic Appraisal for Chemicals at Sewage Treatment Works tool (CMPR19), Natural Capital Register and account tool (NCRAT), Regulation19 (Reg19), and Bathing Water Feasibility Model. ## Contract award
