Mae Chwaraeon Cymru eisiau caffael a gweithredu fframwaith ymgynghori aml-gyflenwr i gefnogi datblygu hyfforddwyr a'r system hyfforddi ar draws chwaraeon llwybr Cymru. Bydd y fframwaith yn cynnwys Datblygwyr Hyfforddwyr Siartredig CIMSPA sydd â chymwysterau addas i weithio'n uniongyrchol gyda hyfforddwyr, ac ymgynghorwyr system datblygu hyfforddwyr ehangach fedr gyfrannu arbenigedd arbenigol at ymchwil, gwybodaeth, dylunio dysgu, gwerthuso, gwaith cynghori NGB, Melinau Meddwl Chwaraeon Cymru a phrosiectau datblygu systemau. Sport Wales is seeking to procure and implement a multi-supplier consultancy framework to support coach development and the coaching system across Welsh pathway sport. The framework will include both CIMSPA Chartered Coach Developers who are suitably qualified to work directly with coaches, and wider coach development system consultants who can contribute specialist expertise to research, insight, learning design, evaluation, NGB advisory work, Sport Wales Think Tanks and system development projects.
