Tender description
Renewal for UiPath automation following implementation of automation across the council. Lot 1: Renewal of the Council's UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software licences and associated platform services to support the continued operation, management and development of existing automated business processes. The contract will enable the Council to maintain and enhance automation capabilities implemented as part of its digital transformation programme, support ongoing service improvement activities, and facilitate the investigation and deployment of additional automation and AI-enabled use cases across Council services.. HealthTrust Europe issued a hybrid mini-competition via ICT 3 Solutions framework on behalf of the Council.
