Tender description
The IBTS is seeking the provision of a configurable software solution that can facilitate our Performance Development (PD) process. The IBTS Performance Development (PD) process is a broad term that includes ongoing performance management and employee development. It involves both assessing and managing the work that needs to be done and providing opportunities for professional and personal growth and development. The focus is on developing organisational, team and employee capability. It is a shared process between managers, their teams and the employees they manage.
