The aim of this project is to review and update the original 2023 report taking account of:• the latest scientific and industry evidence and guidance on ventilation and airborne infection risk,• alignment with updated UK, Scottish and international standards,• BSD’s comments (previously provided to the authors) regarding clarity, applicability and future regulatory considerations.
