Tender description
South Gloucestershire Council sought the services of an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation consultant to undertake the monitoring and evaluation of its National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) Heritage Grant-funded project to restore and enhance Kingswood Park over the next 3 years. The consultant is to assist the project in capturing the impact of both individual projects and impact of the scheme as a whole, as well focusing on assessing the quality of the project delivery.
