Tender description
Operational specialist expertise in adult social care finance and ethical debt recovery, financial assessment, invoicing, and debt recovery. This includes identifying and addressing systemic issues, improving case management, and ensuring that recovery practices are legally compliant and person-centred. Lot 1: In addition to operational improvements, strategic guidance on prioritising debt recovery workstreams and reviewing the current debt portfolio. This will enable to balance financial responsibility with the need to protect and support residents who may be experiencing financial hardship or vulnerability.
