This advert is to promote the Market Engagement activity that Torbay Council are hosting on 09 October 2026 at 1330 until 1530. Torbay Council is embarking on an exciting programme to develop new children's residential homes within Torbay. We are seeking to work alongside experienced Ofsted-registered Children’s home providers to develop new local residential provision that enables children and young people to remain closer to their families, communities and support networks. We recognise the significant expertise, experience and innovation that residential care providers bring and we are keen to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with organisations that share our ambition to create high-quality homes where children feel safe, supported, valued and able to thrive.
