Digital Transformation – The development and provision of a bespoke cloud based or hybrid business solution comprising of an integrated Case Management Workflow System (CMS), Secure Web Portal and Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) 3-year initial term with the option to extend for a further 2 years on an annual basis.
