Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The University requires a partner to support the University with the continued development of its Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to meet the needs of four strategic initiatives; the student hub, student wellbeing, student funding and CRM communications.
