Tender description
The Council wishes to purchase the care and support services within 39 number of shared supported living properties that the Council commissions to help adults with learning disabilities/autism and complex health needs to live fulfilling and independent lives within these. The Wakefield Area has been re-configured into one contract for supported living services that is broken down into 3 separate lots and to be delivered by up to a maximum of three providers.
