Coventry City Council and Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council have collaborated on a Further Competition under Lot 1b MASTER managed service provision of ESPO's Managed Services for Temporary Agency Resources Framework (reference 653_19) to award a MSP contract to deliver both Authorities requirements.
