We are seeking feedback from the market to help inform the procurement strategy, commercial model and tender documentation for a Highways Works Framework. A response is not mandatory and participation, or non-participation, in this engagement will not affect eligibility to participate in any subsequent procurement. This engagement does not constitute a call for competition and does not commit the Council or any supplier to a particular approach.
