Tender description
NWSSP on behalf of WAST requires suitably qualified and accredited C1 driver training providers to deliver training and testing services to a variable cohort of learners. Training will be required for approximately 73 students and must be completed by 31st March 2027. As the learners are located across Wales, the contract will be awarded to a maximum of four suppliers to ensure students have access to a provider that is geographically convenient. Providers must be capable of delivering flexible training packages tailored to individual learner needs. This includes practical driver training, theory support where required, and the arrangement and facilitation of driving tests. Providers will be expected to demonstrate consistently high-quality service delivery, together with the ability to support learners with varying levels of driving experience and differing support requirements.
