Bike Bus facilitation and supporting activities for Badenoch and Strathspey

Develop and expand the bike buses in Badenoch and Strathspey, working in partnership with Active Schools Highland and volunteers, enabling the bike buses to become self-sustaining by October 2028. Deliver a programme of supporting activities that strengthen the resilience of the bike buses, broadens participation and helps build strong family cycling communities. These activities should also aim to become self-sustaining beyond October 2028. Subject to available funding and contractor capacity, the contract may be extended to include establishing bike buses to schools in Tomintoul and / or Blair Atholl.
