Stepney All Saints Church of England Secondary School intends to award a contract to Classroom365 for the provision of comprehensive ICT Managed Services to support the school's educational, administrative and operational requirements. The school serves approximately 1,450 pupils and employs approximately 220 staff, with an extensive ICT environment supporting teaching, learning, safeguarding and school administration. The contract will provide a fully managed ICT service, including: - ICT service desk, technical support, incident management and on-site support. - Management, maintenance and monitoring of the school's network infrastructure, servers, wireless connectivity and broadband services. - Cybersecurity, safeguarding-related filtering and monitoring, data protection, backup and disaster recovery arrangements. - Management and support of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud services, user accounts and associated ICT applications. - Management of school-owned devices, including pupil and staff laptops, mobile device management, asset tracking, software deployment and lifecycle support. - Support for telephony, printing, reprographics and associated ICT systems. - Preventative maintenance, system upgrades, technical documentation, performance monitoring and regular service reporting. - ICT strategic planning, continuous service improvement and support for emerging technologies. The services will be delivered through an agreed combination of on-site staffing, remote technical support and specialist expertise, supported by defined service levels, escalation arrangements and performance monitoring. The contract also includes relevant staff transfer considerations under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE), where applicable. The purpose of the contract is to ensure a secure, reliable and responsive ICT environment that supports uninterrupted teaching and learning, effective school operations, safeguarding and long-term ICT development. ## Contract award Title: Managed ICT Services for Stepney All Saints School
