Tender description
Powys Teaching Health Board seek to award an independent review of a Children's Continuing Care individual package of support in respect of health and social care needs. The current package is not fit for purpose and financially unsustainable. The individual to be reviewed is currently Children’s Continuing Care Funded with an 80:20 funding split PTHB/LA
