Conversion of two existing London Borough of Waltham Forest buildings into temporary accommodation: Rowan House, 1 Cecil Road, London E11 3HF (16 self-contained homes), and 130 Trumpington Road, Forest Gate, London E7 9EQ (14 self-contained homes). The two schemes are tendered as a single-stage Design and Build contract, separate contracts under a competitive flexible procedure - single Pre-Selection Questionnaire and shortlist to tender.
