Disabled Facilities Grants plus all grants / loans within NLC's Home Assistance Policy. Provision of adaptations to enable disabled people to access essential facilities within their own homes and to remedy serious defects in owner-occupied properties. All, are to help people live longer in their own homes Care Leaver Property Maintenance / Temporary Accommodation Maintenance.
