London Luton Airport Operations Limited (“LLA”) is establishing a flexible framework to streamline the procurement and engagement of qualified, experienced professional service providers. The flexible framework will operate across multiple lots and will support the Airport in meeting its statutory and contractual obligations in the planning and delivery of maintenance and minor construction and infrastructure projects. This flexible framework will provide an efficient and transparent mechanism through which LLA can access pre-qualified suppliers to compete for individual requirements (“Call-Off Competitions”) as and when they arise. The flexible framework will remain open for the duration of its term, allowing new suppliers to apply for admission at any point, subject to satisfying the published selection criteria. Lot 1: LOT 1 - The Airport is seeking a competent and experienced civil engineering contractor to deliver planned, reactive, emergency and maintenance work across its airside and landside infrastructure. The contract will ensure that all civil assets remain safe, operational, compliant and fit for purpose whilst minimising disruption to airport operations LOT 2 - LLA are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to deliver small scale Civil engineering projects across its airside and landside estate on a call-off basis.
