Ayrshire College is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced technical specialist partner to support the development of a modern, secure and scalable enterprise data platform capability for Ayrshire College. Lot 1: Ayrshire College is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced technical specialist partner to support the development of a modern, secure and scalable enterprise data platform capability for Ayrshire College. The engagement will be a staged contract with the main stages 1 to 3, listed below, being guaranteed to the successful contractor with stages 4 and 5 to be actioned only after a review by the college of the outcomes to date and performance of the contractor: 1. Mobilisation 2. Discovery and Assessment 3. Target Design and Roadmap 4. Foundation and Priority Delivery 5. Transition and Enablement It is envisaged that the first 3 stages will take 6 months to complete with timescales for stages 4 and 5- 12 months. Bidders must provide indicative programme plans for the first 3 stages.
