Tender description
Call off Contract Under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for Rugby Qualifications for Prisoners at HMP Belmarsh. The supplier will deliver a rugby programme which will serve as a steppingstone in education, training and employment for prisoners who are unemployed and/or harder to reach and may have learning or behavioural difficulties. The programme shall focus on developing prisoner's confidence, self-esteem and pro-social behaviours through practical rugby-informed activities and through a programme of self-reflection, learning and development.
