Tender description
Scottish Government officials now require independent assurance regarding SEA's progress between April and September 2026 against the agreed grant conditions. This review will provide the evidence base required to support Ministerial consideration of whether the conditions attached to release of the second tranche payment have been met or whether sufficient progress has been demonstrated
