In summary the Contracting Authority requires a single provider to deliver the design, development, hosting, support, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of websites across its schools, centres, and services. The objective is to provide a suite of modern, professional, accessible, and user-friendly websites that strengthen MSLETB's digital presence while allowing individual locations to maintain their own identity and character. Websites must be responsive across all devices, easy to navigate, compliant with relevant accessibility standards, and supported by a robust content management system. The successful contractor will provide a comprehensive service, including website development, hosting, security, technical support, maintenance, updates, and future enhancements.
