In summary, the Services comprise: Spoken language interpreting services across multiple languages (except the Irish language) in the following formats: (a) Face to Face Interpreting Services (b) Telephone Interpreting Services (c) Video Remote Interpreting Services. Interpreting services provide real‑time, spoken language support to enable immediate communication in meetings, events, interviews, or live interactions. The Services are more particularly described at Appendix 1 (Requirements and Specifications).
