Deliver a best-in-class Repair service solution, including the capability to capture, plan, schedule, stock, report and pay. We will be selecting from the best solution providers with proven technology, widely used in other Local government and Housing associations. Lot 1: In support of the Digital Transformation agenda the main priority of project is to deliver advanced mobile working capability to our housing repairs team. It is expected that all of the information required to plan and deliver our repairs service to households will be made available to our trade operative teams and through the use of mobile devices will also provide real-time status updates to our back-office teams. In addition to the role out of mobile working, there is an imperative to replace our existing store and job costing solution (Servitor) as it will become unsupported in early 2027. To achieve both of these objectives, we plan to deliver the mobile repairs transformation as part of the plan to retire of Servitor. By taking this approach, we can deliver market leading capability to our repairs service and build a platform for excellent digital services for years to come.
