Provision of accommodation suitable for families and small groups on Dundreggan Estate. 2 (two) Chalet/Cabin style units of 2+ bedrooms. Lot 1: Preparation of grounds Preparation of ground for installation of 2 (two) cabins to include laying of services of water, electricity & waste water/sewage Lot 2: Cabins/Chalets/Units Provision of 2 (two) units of accommodation suitable for families and small groups to include 2 bedrooms, shower room, living space with facilities for light refreshments (not full catering). Must be fully accessible and be constructed of sustainably source materials.
