APX038 - Grounds Maintenance Services for Apex Housing

Tender description

Apex Housing Association intends to appoint suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide planned and discretionary grounds maintenance services across its properties throughout Northern Ireland. The services include grass cutting, hedge and shrub maintenance, weed control, maintenance of planted areas, litter removal, visual inspections, minor tree-related activities and associated reporting. Additional remedial, emergency and discretionary works may also be instructed during the Contract period. The requirement is divided into five geographical Lots. Suppliers may tender for any one, several or all Lots but will normally be awarded a maximum of two Lots. A separate Contract will be entered into for each Lot awarded. The Lot allocation order is outlined in the 01 Document. Each Contract is expected to commence on 1 April 2027 for an initial period of 24 months, with the option for Apex to extend for up to two further periods of 12 months. The estimated maximum value across all Lots over the full 48-month period is £1.52 million excluding VAT. The estimated values and quantities are not guaranteed.
