National Records of Scotland (NRS) is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide Census 2031 question testing services, including qualitative and quantitative research to assess proposed Census questions, ensuring they meet user needs, are acceptable to the public, produce high-quality data, and support successful participation in Scotland’s Census 2031. Lot 1: National Records of Scotland (NRS) has awarded a contract for the provision of Census 2031 Question Testing services. The services include qualitative and quantitative research to test proposed Census questions and questionnaire content for both online and paper questionnaires. The research will assess question design, respondent understanding and data quality, supporting the development, approval and delivery of Scotland's Census 2031.
