Tender description

As a part of this work, we are seeking for a qualified Consultant to develop a Growth Prospectus along the Borders Transport Corridor inclusive of Tweedbank to Hawick and Carlisle, to support the completion of the Strategic Outline Business Case (“SOBC”) for the Borders Railway: Tweedbank to Hawick and Carlisle (“the Project”) for Scottish Borders Council (“SBC”). The Growth Prospectus involves the setting of ambitions for SBC and outlining the benefits of the extended transport provisions, including understanding the key drivers for sustainable economic growth and development within the region.
