Works to include: full demolition of existing 4 no. vacant two storey dwellings, boundary walls and outbuildings on site; Archaeological monitoring, piling to foundations, construction of employer design 5 storey in-situ concrete frame with blockwork wall infill building consisting of 7 no. 2 bedroom apartments and 5 no. 1 bedroom apartments and roof terrace over gallery cultural space to the ground floor.
