he project comprises the refurbishment, upgrading and modernisation of existing passenger lifts at York Way, including replacement of key mechanical and electrical components, controls and safety systems, together with associated builders’ works. The works may also include improved accessibility, compliance upgrades, and provision for ongoing maintenance. This notice is issued for transparency and market awareness only and does not constitute a call for competition or procurement exercise. The Authority reserves the right not to proceed with any procurement referenced in this notice. Any future procurement will be subject to separate publication and compliance with the Procurement Act 2023.
