This encompasses supporting ongoing project management support, facilitating knowledge transfer, monitoring the project against the agreed benefits realisation framework, and updating the final project reports at the end of the extension period and providing recommendations / advice regarding post-extension activities and robust sustainability plan. The partner will also coordinate with various stakeholders to monitor the benefits and lessons learnt of the installed 5G and other advanced wireless technology across sectors like manufacturing, aerospace, and tourism, aligning with Ayrshire's regional economic strategy.
