Tender description

The project comprises: 1) Extension to the existing residential property known as ‘Cedrwydd’ to provide an additional 7 no. en-suite bedrooms and new kitchen/dining area together with associated external works, drainage and extension of the existing estate biomass system. 2) Fit out of the shell part of a recently constructed building to 'provide a new Central commercial Kitchen and Conference Suite’. This work comprises: a. a conference suite/meeting area complete with a refreshments bar. This work entails mechanical and electrical fittings, ceiling, floor and wall finishes, new toilets, installation of I.T. cabling and equipment; and b. the installation of a new commercial kitchen
