direct award via ESPO 664-21 Consultancy Services framework Lot 6b (strategic IT) Reporting, Data Migration and Integrations consultancy for implementation of new Financial Management System (FMS). To achieve the successful implementation of the New Finance/Asset Management System, F&HDC require additional support to: • create a data migration strategy • complete data extract, conversion and import into new system • create an integrations strategy • complete integration design, build and test in new system • design and create bespoke reporting within the new system
