Data consultancy Lot 1: To assist in the development of current and future service models for CDUs and LPUs, potential investment planning and to meet the increase in demand for services provided by CDUs and LPUs through increased theatre activity, there is a need to assess the capacity, capability and efficiency of CDUs and LPUs. The findings will also inform quality improvement initiatives and optimise CDU and LPU performance
