The Authority’s food and drink evidence and analytical team purchases market intelligence data and reports on the United Kingdom (UK) and global food and drink industry on an annual basis. Market intelligence data and reports are one of the many tools used by the Authority’s economists, statisticians, social researchers, and policy advisors to help in assessing issues such as export potential, sector market size, market segmentation, company market shares, brand market shares, and to forecast market growth.
