The total value of this contract's initial 60 month term is £1,609,326.20 (ex VAT) The total value of this contract's initial 60 month term is £1,931,191.44 (inc VAT) There is 1 extension available as follows: Optional extension 1 value is £643,730.48 (ex VAT) The total potential contract value exclusive of VAT is £2,253,056.68 (including all extension options) The total potential contract value inclusive of VAT is £2,703,668.02 (including all extension options) Bath and North East Somerset ASC Independent Living Support is a short term, targeted service, for adults and older people providing low level social care interventions to support and sustain independence, support prevention of escalation, reduction of dependency, improved self-care, and improve individual health and wellbeing. Note: Specialist support for people with learning disability, autism and neurodiverse people is not included. The Independent Living Service (ILS) will support people in B&NES to live independently and prevent or delay access to higher need service.
