Tender description
The Authority required a single Contractor to work in partnership and support the Authority`s Corporate Communications Department with their media buying services. In particular with a variety of planned behaviour change campaigns covering different topics and target audiences and any ad-hoc requirements throughout the contract period. Lot 1: Requirement was tendered as Mini-Competition via the Scottish Government Framework (SP-23-05) Media Planning Buying and Associated Services Lot 1 - UK and overseas media.
