Tender description
R015- To provide services to enable the Council to comply with its statutory obligations under the Buildings Act and Building Safety Act. The Council is currently working with Stockton Council to put in place measures to enable the two services to be run as a joint service. In order to achieve this the Council needs to ensure it is able to deliver its Building Control obligations.
