Tender description
We currently have a website, tenant app and portal that are outdated and do not meet the needs of our users. None of our channels reflects our personality as an organisation. Redeveloping our website, app and portal that meets our user’s needs and expectations represents a significant opportunity to improve our user’s experience and operational efficiency. By implementing these channels effectively, we can empower them to find solutions independently, reduce demand to internal colleagues and allow them to focus on complex issues. We are also in the process of reviewing our Tone of Voice and want to ensure it is consistently projected across all channels. Keywords: Website Design, Portal Design, App Design
