Tender description

The works involve the general refurbishment of 5no existing dwelling houses. The buildings are Grade 2 Listed. The specified works will be undertaken to bring the properties up to modern standards, replacing kitchens and replacing bathrooms with new shower rooms. Existing oil-fired heating systems will be replaced with air-source heat pumps. Houses 8 and 9 Will involve more extensive reconfiguration, with some additional facilities and revised layouts. These properties will form on completion flexible accommodation.
