Internal refurbishment of J Shed: • Unit 1 – Concrete floor Repairs prior to Epoxy floor paint, replace vinyl flooring, plaster repairs, remove and replace ceilings, replace socket outlets, decoration. • Unit 2/3 - Concrete floor Repairs prior to Epoxy floor paint, replace vinyl flooring, plaster repairs, ceiling replacement, socket outlets, decoration. • Unit 4 – Mezzanine floor installation, Concrete floor Repairs prior to Epoxy floor paint, LED Lighting under decking switched via sensors including emergency lighting, socket outlets. Detailed requirements are contained within the Pricing Schedule of Works in Appendix 1. Appendix 2 Layout plan of J Shed provides the sizes and areas for each unit.
