Tender description
Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) wishes to award the Contract for for the Proposed Demolition at Pandy Depot The Works include the demolition of the Pandy Depot in accordance with the works information document. The project involves the demolition and site clearance at the Pandy Depot, Pandy Park, Aberkenfig, Bridgend. The works at the site will include the demolition of the steel framed Pandy depot building, and associated external walls, and remedial works to the remaining gable wall and timber outbuilding of the Tondu Rugby Club. The building is located on Pandy Park Road adjacent to the Tondu RFC club building. The Authority requires that all Contractors are Registered and Verified on Constructionline. There is a Price Cap of £75,000 on this tender, bids exceeding this threshold will be disqualified.
