Tender description
This contract relates to the upgrading and extending of facilities at the Irish Travellers Transit Site, Legahory Close, Craigavon, BT65 5EX. The improvement works are to address and meet modern standards as set out in Best Practice Guidance in the context of facilities for Irish Travellers and current Building Regulations. The full scope is set out in the Tender Documents. In accordance with the Procurement Policy Note 01/21 – Social Value in Procurement, the contracts will deliver measurable social value outcomes. Under this Procurement Suppliers will be required to support the Housing Executive's social value objectives. Accordingly, Contract performance may relate, in particular, to social value.
