Provision of minor works and maintenance services, carrying out improvements to domestic, commercial and communal properties, for its stock and that of other Contracting Authorities. Workstreams include: Kitchens and Bathrooms Windows and Doors Roofing Hard Landscaping Fencing Cyclical Painting and Decorating Electric Heating.
