APX063 - Alterations and Extension to No.183 Beraghvale Derry/ L'Derry

Tender description

The Contracting Authority invites tenders to provide the Works for agreed alterations and extension to No.183 Beraghvale Derry/L'Derry. The estimated duration of the Contract is 8 weeks. This is a Below Threshold works therefore the Procurement Act does not apply. These works will be taking place in an occupied existing property. The Contractor shall coordinate the works within the existing dwelling with the Tenant to ensure a safe and uninterrupted use for both Contractor and Tenant at all times. The existing dwelling shall be cleaned left safe and secured at the end of each day to allow for continued use by the Tenant. All the works to be completed with Minimum Disturbance to the tenant / neighbouring properties and public. The contractor shall notify the Tenant and neighbours in advance of commencement of the works on site, the works area and site shall be closed off to the tenant / neighbours and public. The closing date and time for submission of the tender package is stated on eTendersNI and the tender package must be uploaded to eTendersNI.
