About the buyer
Warwickshire Police is a blue light force serving Warwickshire. West Midlands Police already supplies Warwickshire's IT services under a standing agreement between the two forces. From April 2021, West Midlands Police began delivering payroll and business support functions for Warwickshire. About ten per cent of Warwickshire's services run through this regional collaboration, the rest handled locally. Forensic Scene Investigators stay based locally at Bedworth, working under West Midlands Police's direction.
Over the past 5 years, most of Warwickshire Police's contract awards have been in software and information systems, transport equipment and security and defence equipment.
