About the buyer
Leeds Beckett University is a higher education institution in Leeds with its own procurement team. The Head of Procurement reports to the Director of Finance. Much purchasing uses collaborative framework agreements from NEUPC, NWUPC, SUPC, TUCO, the Government Commercial Agency and YPO. The university has also set up its own frameworks, including legal services and music equipment. Procurement is benchmarked each year through the HEPA Procurement Value Survey.
Over the past 5 years, most of Leeds Beckett University's contract awards have been in furniture and furnishings, software and information systems and business services.
