Construction of new offices with a public toilet of brick construction and tiled roof with new connection to electricity, gas, water, drainage. The works to include the design & construction of roof trusses, electrical works, heating & plumbing, public toilet. The location of the new office/public toilet is Little Paxton Village Hall Car Park, Off High Street, Little Paxton. Please ensure that CSCS card requirements are met for the works. Additional information: The following items are not to be priced- solar panels, EV charging point, provision of oven/hob.
